Services

Care that meets you where you are — then helps you stay well.

From your first relief visit through corrective care and ongoing wellness, we combine adjustments with therapies that support soft tissue, mobility, and recovery.

Chiropractic adjustments

Specific, gentle spinal adjustments to restore joint mobility and help your body move with less pain and more balance.

Myofascial massage

Anatomically focused soft-tissue work for muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia that often accompany joint problems.

Muscle stimulation

Electrical muscle stimulation to support recovery, reduce spasm, and prepare tissues for lasting correction.

Flexion / distraction

Spinal decompression using flexion-distraction therapy for disc and low-back comfort when it fits your plan.

Therapeutic exercise

Movement prescribed to correct impairments, restore muscular and skeletal function, and support lasting well-being.

Tape, ultrasound & light

Kinesiology tape, therapeutic ultrasound, and laser/light therapy as optional supports for recovery and function.

Your care journey

Three phases — from feeling better to staying well.

Atlas plans care in clear stages so you know what to expect: relieve pain, restore function, then maintain the gains with periodic adjustments and education.

  1. Relief care

If you arrive in pain, the first objective is to help you feel better. Depending on severity, relief care often lasts up to about four weeks.

  2. Corrective / restorative

Muscles and tissues heal more completely so you are less likely to reinjure. Visits are typically one to two times per week for up to about six weeks.

  3. Wellness care

Once you have healed, periodic adjustments help you stay ahead of problems — often a quick visit one to two times per month, based on your lifestyle and goals.

Why Atlas

Everyone deserves to live more pain-free — even as you age.

Wellness is a choice to shape a healthy lifestyle. We combine extensive chiropractic knowledge with a friendly, professional atmosphere you can rely on in Uptown Dallas.

  • Gentle by design

You’ll find the approach at Atlas to be gentle and educational. From the first moment you walk through the door, your comfort is the highest priority.

  • Education that sticks

The Atlas philosophy is to support a self-sustaining body through periodic adjustments and patient education — not a short-term diet for pain alone.

  • A family practice with deep roots

Dr. Brown Hamer’s interest in chiropractic began young — his father practiced for 25 years, and he had his first adjustment at two days old. Care is individualized so you get well and stay well.
